Message from Jackie & Neal

As we all adapt to an uncertain time with COVID-19, we are monitoring the news carefully. We are prepared to take every precaution necessary to make our wedding safe for our guests. Our wedding venue is actually 35 minutes outside of Nashville in a remote location near the small town of Franklin, Tennessee. At this time, Nashville is a modified Phase 2 for reopening, and our wedding is happening as planned. We look forward to celebrating on August 8th!

At this point, we've been advised by our wedding venue, hotel and local government that an August wedding should be safe. However, if you feel at all uncomfortable traveling and/or gathering, we completely understand! We know you will be with us in spirit!

If you do plan to attend, please RSVP and book your accommodations as you normally would, but check first for a lenient cancellation policy, which most hotels, Airbnbs and airlines are happy to provide in light of current events. That being said, the safety of our guests is our utmost priority. Please check our website and national and local public health websites regularly for updates. Please contact us directly with any questions you may have. Thank you for your love, patience, and concern.

Safer Celebrations at Graystone Quarry

As we welcome guests back to celebrations, guest and employee safety is of utmost importance! We are implementing safer celebration protocols inspired by CDC Guidelines and our Governor’s Tennessee Pledge for as long as these are in place.

- Please do not come if you feel sick or have any symptoms of illness
- Masks may be worn, but are not mandatory. Please do whatever makes you feel most comfortable!
- For any event, we have less than 50% guest capacity filled. There’s plenty of room to have fun safely!

- We have 2 large buildings – both with slide away glass walls, which will be open when possible to circulate plenty of fresh air
- Indoor and outdoor space is available in order to spread out further during your celebration

- Hand sanitizer in each building
- Hands free handles added to restroom doors
- Drinking fountains temporarily closed
- Floor plans reorganized to allow more spacing
- EXTRA sanitizing of all surfaces and handles before and during each event

- Additional COVID-19 safety training for staff
- Staff screened for fever upon arrival
- EXTRA careful sanitizing of all prep and serving areas
- Food servers wearing gloves and masks
- Tables set by staff with fresh gloves
- Partition between bartenders and guests
- EXTRA hand washing
